Dear NCSC Members

Your NC Society of Cytology Board is very excited to announce that Durham North Carolina has been chosen as the host site for the 2019 Advanced Cytolopathology Education (ACE) program. The ACE is a 2-day annual event sponsored by the ASC and ASCP designed to assist Cytotechnologists in developing new skills to meet the latest advances and challenges in their cytopathology practice. In years past, the event has covered several interesting topics to include, quality and leadership, the evolving role of the cytotechnologist, morphological review, molecular testing, and triage techniques. Given the changing landscape of our profession and our desire to bring innovative programs to our members, we feel this is an awesome opportunity.

The Board will also work with the ASC/ASCP to have some meeting time for the NCSC to conduct official business.

The program will be held the 6th and 7th of April at the JB Duke Hotel on the the Duke University campus. Please go HERE for more information.

Feel free to email with any comments or questions.
